“Ask Your Holy Father To Pronounce The Dogma the Lady Demands”

The Lady appears in public

In the morning, during Holy Mass, I suddenly hear the voice of the Lady saying,
“I will come today. Go to the chapel.”

In the evening there is adoration, and the church is very crowded. During the fifth glorious mystery I hear the voice of the Lady saying again,
“Go to the chapel.”

However, since the church is so crowded, I don’t dare go, and I remain seated. A bright light comes from behind, from out of the chapel, and goes through the church. I am terribly frightened by this. Now, all of a sudden, I hear the voice of the Lady very clearly, right by my ear. I hear the Lady say,
“Get up!”

It sounds so commanding that I rise with a start and walk towards the back. I feel as if I am floating. When I arrive at the chapel where the painting is, I see a sea…

Pope Francis’ Teaching on Mary’s Spiritual Motherhood

On May 4, 2013, Pope Francis once again showed his profound Marian love by returning for a second time in less than two months to St. Mary Major’s Basilica in Rome to entrust his papacy to Our Lady’s motherly protection, to pray five decades of the Rosary, and to deliver a beautiful teaching on Mary’s Spiritual Motherhood.  This certainly encourages those worldwide praying for and petitioning to Pope Francis for a solemn papal definition of this same doctrine: Mary as Spiritual Mother of All Peoples -Ed.

I thank His Eminence, the Archpriest of this Basilica, for his words at the beginning. Thank you , brother and friend, our friendship that was born in that Country at the ends of the earth! Thank you so much. I am thankful for the presence of the Cardinal Vicar, the Cardinals, Bishops and Priests. And I thank you, brothers and…

May 2013 Letter Campaign to Pope Francis For the Dogma of Mary’s Spiritual Motherhood

May God be praised for the pontificate of Pope Francis! Truly the Holy Spirit was at work in the choosing of this man to guide the People of God at this pivotal moment in history of the Church and of the world.  During the first weeks of his pontificate, Pope Francis has already manifested his extraordinary love and devotion to the Mother of Jesus and the Mother of all peoples.
As you know, his very first papal act was to pray before Our Lady’s altar at Santa Maria Maggiore Basilica. During his first few Angelus addresses, Pope Francis has already referred to the Blessed Virgin Mary as the “Suffering Virgin” (March 24) and further instructed: “Let us invoke the intercession of Mary who is the woman who said “yes.” Mary said “yes,” all her life! …Mary, Our Mother, help us to know better the voice of Jesus and follow it,…

Marian Consecration and Entrustment

The following article is an excerpt from a chapter in the recently published Marian anthology, Mariology: A Guide for Priests, Deacons, Seminarians, and Consecrated Persons, Seat of Wisdom Books, A Division of Queenship, 2008. Fifteen international Mariology experts contributed to the text. The book features a foreword by Archbishop Raymond L. Burke and has 17 chapters divided into four parts: 1. Some – perhaps many – Catholics, if they give any thought to it at all, may think that the practice of consecrating oneself to Our Lady or placing one’s life entirely in her hands is a rather recent phenomenon in the life of…

Sr. Lucia and Mary Co-redemptrix

After the inspired Word of Sacred Scripture and the doctrinal grace of the Catholic Catechism, I believe the third book that every Fatima devotee should have close at hand is the book of Sister Lucia, “Calls” From the Message of Fatima, which was released in English in 2002. A work truly directed by the Holy Spirit through the Immaculate Heart of Mary, “Calls” From the Message of Fatima constitutes a veritable Marian catechism of faith and life, written in a down to earth mode, which can be grasped by all members of the Faith and all people of good will. I have no personal doubt that Sister Lucia’s recent masterpiece will eventually become a spiritual classic, rightfully identified as the fruits of a mystic and of a saint.

This veritable Fatima catechism which includes inspired treatments on “In the Presence of…

Sister Lucia’s Rosary Meditations: The Sorrowful Mysteries

Having looked at the events in the life of Jesus, which are recalled in the first part of the Rosary, we now pass on to the second part, the five Sorrowful Mysteries.

First Sorrowful Mystery: The Prayer of Jesus in the Garden of Olives
In this mystery of the Rosary, we recall the prayer of Jesus Christ in the Garden of Olives.
The Gospels tell us that the Lord spoke several times during his public life of the way He was to die and thus accomplish the work of our redemption. When the time came, after He had celebrated the last Supper with his disciples, during which He instituted the Eucharist to perpetuate his real presence among us, and to prepare Himself for his imminent Passion and Death, He went with them to a place called Gethsemane and there He said to them:
“Sit here, while I go yonder to pray.”…

The Rosary and the Family

“Dear Children! You have helped me along by your prayers to realize my plans. Keep on praying that my plan may be completely realized. I request the families of the parish to pray the Family Rosary. Thank you for having responded to my call” (Our Lady of Medjugorje, September 27, 1984).

The call to pray the Rosary is the principal form of prayer requested by the Blessed Mother, not only in the message of Medjugorje but in the overall Marian message to the modern world. I want to discuss this favored Marian prayer under three categories. First of all, I will discuss briefly the Rosary in this general Marian call to the modern world. Secondly, I will discuss a little bit of the origins, the history, and the nature of the Rosary. What is this prayer…

The Fifteen Promises of Our Lady to Those Who Pray the Rosary Faithfully

The Blessed Virgin Mary promised to Saint Dominic and to all who follow her urgings that “Whatever you ask in the Rosary will be granted.” These are the fifteen promises she imparted to Saint Dominic and Blessed Alan de la Roche, granted to all Christians who faithfully recite the Rosary. All that remains for us is to pray and to respond to the great graces she gives to us. –Assistant Ed.

1. Whoever shall faithfully serve me by the recitation of the Rosary, shall receive signal graces.

2. I promise my special protection and the greatest graces to all those who shall recite the Rosary.

3. The Rosary shall be a powerful armor against hell, it will destroy vice, decrease sin, and defeat heresies.

4. The Rosary will cause virtue and good works to flourish; it will obtain for souls the abundant mercy of God;…

The Power of the Family Rosary

The Rosary is… and always has been, a prayer of and for the family. At one time this prayer was particularly dear to Christian families, and it certainly brought them closer together. It is important not to lose this precious inheritance. We need to return to the practice of family prayer and prayer for families, continuing to use the Rosary.

In my Apostolic Letter Novo Millennio Ineunte I encouraged the celebration of the Liturgy of the Hours by the lay faithful in the ordinary life of parish communities and Christian groups; (1) I now wish to do the same for the Rosary. These two paths of Christian contemplation are not mutually exclusive; they complement one another. I would therefore ask those who devote themselves to the pastoral care of families to recommend heartily the recitation of…

The Third Secret of Fatima

We here present the Third Secret of Fatima, revealed by Pope John Paul II during the year 2000. – Ed.

At the left of Our Lady and a little above, we saw an Angel with a flaming sword in his left hand; flashing, it gave out flames that looked as though they would set the world on fire; but they died out in contact with the splendor that Our Lady radiated towards him from her right hand: pointing to the earth with his right hand, the Angel cried out in a loud voice: “Penance, Penance, Penance!” And we saw in an immense light that is God, “something similar to how people appear in a mirror when they pass in front of it,” a bishop dressed in White, “we had the impression that it was the Holy Father” and other bishops, priests, men and women religious going up a steep mountain,…

“I Want To Place Love In Your Family” Our Lady to Anne A Lay Apostle

July 19, 2003 | Volume One

I want to speak to My children about trust. We are practicing trust at this time, because there will come a time in your life when trust will provide you with all manner of comfort and spiritual safety. Indeed, there will come a time when children of the light will flee to their trust and wrap it around them like a protective blanket. In the time of upheaval, trust in God will come naturally to My chosen souls who have practiced. I am seeking a fullness of union with My children. In this way, service to your God becomes easy. You would not trust someone you did not know, who is a stranger. Therefore, you must come to know Me.

Through prayer, you will develop an easiness with Me, despite My divinity. It was never intended that mankind live apart from his God. It is…
