The Messages of the Lady of All Nations presents the words and images that Ida Perdeman received during the fifty-six apparitions of the Blessed Virgin Mary from the Spring of 1945 to May 31, 1959. Also included are the "Eucharistic Experiences" of the seeress from July 1958 to May 1970.
Miss Peerdeman was a modest woman of great integrity. She earned her living as an office worker in an industrial firm in Amsterdam and lived with her sisters. Sher received her first apparition on the Feast of the Annunciation, March 25, 1945. Her spiritual director, Fr. Frehe, O.P., was present at the time.
The Lady of All Nations declared that the messages were not destined for one country or people alone, but for all the peoples of the world. She gave instructions and advice that all should follow in order to save the world from the power of evil. She taught Ida a simple but powerful prayer and asked that it be spread over the world to prevent further degeneration and destruction.
The Messages of the Lady of All Nations also includes important communications, warnings, and prophecies about many topics, such as: the Vatican, different Popes, the Fifth Marian Dogma, specific countries (including America), Moral decline, false prophets, disasters, and true peace.
On May 31, 1996, His Excellency Hendrik Barners, Bishop of Haarlem, gave Nihil Obstat approving devotin to the Lady of All Nations. The Blessed Mother had promised Miss Peerdeman that she would live to see this approval. The approval a reality, Ida, then in her nineties, went to the Lord on June 17, 1996.
(Important note: In obedience to the December 30, 2020, statement of the Bishop of Haarlem-Amsterdam and the July 11, 2024, statement of the Dicastery for the Doctrine of the Faith, the reported Amsterdam Apparitions have been designated by the DDF as constat de non supernaturalitate on the disciplinary level at this time.
Therefore, the publication of the reported Lady of All Nations is for research purposes only and for potential re-examination. The Catholic Church no longer has a policy of prohibiting the reading of any book.
It is also important to note that previous private revelations which received negative disciplinary judgments by Church authorities were later positively approved on various levels by the same Church authorities, as for example in cases of Divine Mercy and Rosa Mystica apparitions, hence the research value in making reported messages available for later potential examination.)
